As the President and Founder of REKruiting Advisors LLC, Lisa brings more than 15 years of experience in the talent acquisition industry.  Lisa shaped her career through progressively responsible roles in notable executive search organizations including Spencer Stuart, Virchaux & Associates and Nason & Nason.

Throughout her career, Lisa has successfully completed projects in numerous markets including USA, Canada, Caribbean, Latin & Central America, Europe and Asia.   The scope of her work has covered a variety of industries such as Advertising, Cosmetics, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications & Media, Food & Beverage, Technology, Logistics & Transportation.

An entrepreneur at heart, Lisa is driven by a firmly established commitment to delivering high-quality, partnership-driven and value-added solutions to her clients.  She is motivated by the belief that human capital is an intrinsic component to the success of an enterprise and is dedicated to helping her clients achieve that success – one placement at a time. 

Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Berkeley College, New York.  She is a passionate animal rights advocate and is a dedicated volunteer at various animal rescue organizations.  She lives in Fort Lauderdale and is the proud owner of 4 dogs and 5 cats, all rescued from previously sub-par conditions.
