The Treasury Business Analyst will partner closely with senior Treasury leadership and team members across liquidity management, interest rate risk, investments, and Treasury operations. The role will have significant involvement in process improvement, documentation, special projects, and initiatives designed to generate efficiencies, cost savings, and new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Treasury team members to evaluate existing processes, identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows, and improve procedures and documentation.
- Develop hands-on knowledge of key Treasury functions, including interest rate risk, liquidity management, and investment portfolio management.
- Serve as a cross-functional resource connecting different areas within Treasury.
- Identify and lead initiatives designed to generate cost savings and new income opportunities.
- Partner with business units on the development and launch of new products and services.
- Support analysis and documentation related to new business initiatives.
- Assist with pricing analysis for deposit and loan products, including rate-setting and profitability considerations.
- Research and utilize AI tools and other technologies to improve Treasury processes, analysis, reporting, and overall efficiency.
- Prepare clear, accurate, and well-organized reports, presentations, procedures, and other materials for senior leadership.
