Senior Private Banker
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients by offering personalized financial solutions aligned with their goals and risk profiles.
- Design and implement investment strategies tailored to each client’s financial objectives and preferences.
- Advise on wealth planning, succession, tax-efficient structures, and asset protection.
- Coordinate with internal and external specialists (investment managers, tax and legal advisors, etc.) to deliver holistic solutions.
- Identify business development opportunities and attract new clients through networking, referrals, and targeted initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and global regulatory standards (KYC, AML, CRS, FATCA).
- Stay current with market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes impacting clients.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on portfolio performance and asset evolution.
- Act as a trusted advisor and build long-term, confidential relationships with clients and their families.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7–10+ years of experience in private banking or wealth management.
- Strong experience in private banking and a proven track record managing portfolios exceeding $300 million USD.
- Strong knowledge of financial industry and current market conditions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving, team work and analytical skills.
- Client facing experience, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of investments, banking and credit products.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Availability to travel as required.
