Security Risk Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Second Line of Defense oversight for information security risk, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with corporate risk frameworks.
• Assess, test, and monitor cybersecurity, data protection, physical security, and operational controls.
• Identify, measure, and report risk exposures to local and corporate management, driving remediation actions.
• Oversee Incident Response, Business Continuity, GLBA, and Identity Theft Prevention programs.
• Develop and execute the annual security plan while coordinating with Head Office on security initiatives.
• Provide leadership to the team through coaching, performance management, and enforcement of policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems a plus.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in banking, security, information
  technology, cyber security, audit, and operational risk is required.
• Skills in: MS Office, Google Suite, in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and Operational
  Risk landscape.
