Regional Human Resources Business Partner
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across Americas’ countries.
- Oversee employee relations, labor negotiations, and conflict resolution.
- Manage the definition, implementation and interpretation of HR policies and
procedures. - Serve as the key contact for HR matters across the designated countries.
- Provide guidance to management on country-specific HR practices.
Talent Acquisition & Development
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with leaders to identify staffing needs and develop talent acquisition
strategies.
HR Projects & Initiatives
- Lead HR initiatives such as compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, performance management, and payroll process improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of global HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR teams across the global organization to align practices and policies.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably with multi-country exposure.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and/or HR operations & compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to travel when needed.
