Regional Human Resources Business Partner

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across Americas’ countries.
  • Oversee employee relations, labor negotiations, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage the definition, implementation and interpretation of HR policies and
    procedures.
  • Serve as the key contact for HR matters across the designated countries.
  • Provide guidance to management on country-specific HR practices.

Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with leaders to identify staffing needs and develop talent acquisition
    strategies.

HR Projects & Initiatives

  • Lead HR initiatives such as compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, performance management, and payroll process improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of global HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR teams across the global organization to align practices and policies.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably with multi-country exposure.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and/or HR operations & compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to travel when needed.
