Integration Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage the Mulesoft platform, including configurations, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Design, monitor, and optimize APIs, ensuring best practices in security and governance.
- Implement monitoring solutions and proactively manage system health and performance.
- Work closely with development teams and business stakeholders to support integration needs.
- Document integration processes and maintain operational standards.
- Support incident management and problem resolution related to integrations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform administration and development.
- Advanced knowledge of APIs, API management, security best practices, and governance models.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and enterprise integration architecture.
- Experience with monitoring tools and proactive platform health management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in integration development and administration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and Git.
- Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with AWS cloud services and architecture.
- Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act related principles, laws, rules and regulations, as well as Itau’s related policies and procedures.
- Experience with AWS cloud services and architecture.
- Experience with .NET development frameworks.
- Knowledge of infrastructure components, including networking, servers, cloud services, and security protocols.
