Financial Advisory – Private Wealth: Covers jobs responsible for advising clients regarding advantages and disadvantages of different financial products and determines which financial products are suitable for client needs and financial circumstances. Works to increase and retain existing client assets and meet potential new clients. This sub-family is specific to private wealth roles.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will: Lead or participate in day to day administrative functioning of the branch office such as invoices, budgets, and Profit & Loss statements under the direction of the Market or Complex Manager, and contribute to large scale planning related to branch business plan
Qualifications
- Determine which financial products are suitable for the clients needs and financial circumstances
- Advise clients regarding advantages and disadvantages of different financial products such as mutual funds, annuities, insurance and investments
- Focus on private wealth clients
- Review and analyze moderately complex business and operational challenges of different financial products that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Meet with clients to collect financial information, assess investment profile and evaluate clients financial needs
- Independently resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Determine which financial products best meet client needs and financial circumstances
- Work with clients to identify appropriate investment alternatives within the Wealth Management platform
- Provide client support, including support to clients referred by channels
- Collaborate and consult with immediate team members and branch manager
- Responsible for recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and assisting in training financial advisors
- Conduct investment seminars to promote banks and available products to new and existing clients
- Participate in various community and business activities to build and expand relationships and meet potential new clients
- Conduct branch training sessions and in branch coaching with team members
- Partner with and mentor Licensed Bankers or Regional Bank Private Bankers
