Credit Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for analyzing, evaluating, preparing, and submitting loan proposals for approval.
- Develop debt rescheduling and restructuring plans.
- Attend credit committee meetings and present loan proposals in the absence of the Investment Manager.
- Request AML reviews.
- Visit, evaluate, and identify agricultural/agribusiness projects and clients.
- Support the Investment Manager in negotiating, proposing, drafting, and closing financial relationships with profit center clients.
- Manage the loan portfolio.
- Travel to project sites frequently.
- Support the collection of dividends and other office income.
- Track legal documentation.
- Prepare amortization schedules.
- Develop an annual industry report.
- Support the Investment Manager in all negotiations with internal and external clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Agribusiness, Business, or equivalent.
- Three years of experience in the agribusiness or financial services sector.
- Knowledge of contracting, negotiation, and change management.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
