Corporate Banking Administration Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage administrators and associates in their daily management of corporate
  • banking portfolios.
  • Manage the workload of administrators and associates to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Oversee the loan portfolio to ensure minimum past dues.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for customer issues.
  • Assist administrators and associates with uploading loan packages to the nCino platform.
  • Ensure all accounts are opened according to bank policy and regulatory guidelines.
  • Oversee all aspects of clients’ depository accounts.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries.
  • Work in conjunction with the BSA Liaison on all BSA matters.
  • Support the corporate banking team in achieving strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in Corporate Banking or Branches management of a team.
  • Advance computer skills including but not limited to proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of related State and Federal banking compliance regulations and operational
    policies.
