Compensation Manager

We’re on the search for an epic individual to deliver a seamless, organized, wow-worthy Compensation & Workforce Planning program. This person will be the subject matter expert for all things related to Compensation and Workforce Planning who will ensure our Compensation Strategy and philosophy are carried out in our projects and initiatives and that the workforce is planned, budgeted and analyzed for organization efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Compensation: Ship and Shore.
  • Analyzes cost of living increases and impact and makes annual recommendations.
  • Works closely with leaders and other stakeholders involved in Compensation discussions.
  • Liaises with leaders to ensure compliance with all job descriptions for each position in the organization.
  • Conduct internal equity analysis.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in headcount management, budgeting, accruing and forecasting.
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business or related field.
  • 6+ years’ experience in a Strategic Workforce Planning, Business Strategy, Talent Business Advisor or Business Intelligence role.
