Accounting Manager

Strong knowledge of finance, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, cost control principles and banking working knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of finance, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, cost control principles and banking working knowledge.
• Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
• Working knowledge of short and long-term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and profitability analysis.
• Excellent managerial abilities.
• Diligent and detail oriented as well as the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, MS Excel and Word.
• Ability to motivate the department to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
• Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
• Ability to work M-F onsite in Miami, FL.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish.
