Client Service Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Support bankers and investors in managing client relationships and day-to-day service needs.
- Research, follow up on, and resolve client inquiries and issues through effective interaction with clients, bankers, investors, product specialists, and operations teams in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the execution of client transactions, including but not limited to: trades, account transfers, wire transfers, credits, investment transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Active Series 7 license required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- PORTUGUESE IS A MUST.
