Client Service Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Support bankers and investors in managing client relationships and day-to-day service needs.
• Research, follow up on, and resolve client inquiries and issues through effective interaction with clients, bankers, investors, product specialists, and operations teams in a timely and professional manner.
• Support the execution of client transactions, including but not limited to: trades, account transfers, wire transfers, credits, investment transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active Series 7 license required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• PORTUGUESE IS A MUST.
