Corporate Banking Administration Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage administrators and associates in their daily management of corporate
- banking portfolios.
- Manage the workload of administrators and associates to ensure adequate coverage.
- Oversee the loan portfolio to ensure minimum past dues.
- Serve as a point of escalation for customer issues.
- Assist administrators and associates with uploading loan packages to the nCino platform.
- Ensure all accounts are opened according to bank policy and regulatory guidelines.
- Oversee all aspects of clients’ depository accounts.
- Assist customers with account inquiries.
- Work in conjunction with the BSA Liaison on all BSA matters.
- Support the corporate banking team in achieving strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in Corporate Banking or Branches management of a team.
- Advance computer skills including but not limited to proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of related State and Federal banking compliance regulations and operational
policies.
