Regulatory Specialist, Ingredients

Supports the Director of Regulatory Affairs to ensure that all ingredients comply with US and Global regulations in the flavor and fragrance industries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and publish Safety Data Sheets & Spec sheets
• Provide regulatory documents/info to customers.
• Request regulatory documents from suppliers
• Complete customers’ product forms/questionnaires
• Work closely with other dept (Sales, RM, QC, QA, Technical, Grasse) to provide ingredients information to our customers
• Understand and execute all necessary requirements for ISO 9001
• Remain accountable for all defined responsibilities as defined by ISO 9001 process flows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge of current US & Global regulations pertaining to flavor & fragrance industries
• Knowledge of WERCS, Oracle, PV
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and other computer applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• 5+ years regulatory experience
